BIO
Hi!! I’m Cat!
This portfolio is a collection of all my creative endeavors. Why limit myself to just one? Mainly, I am a photographer, designer, and vintage collector, but I am quickly expanding within the performing and visual artist spaces.
PSYCHEDELICACIES (psychedelic + delicacy) is an exploration of sensory rebellion and fragile beauty. The name was born from the radical spirit of the 1960s, an era of sociopolitical movements, technicolor fashion, and hope for future generations, I aim to channel that revolutionary energy into installations, photography, and performance that blur the line between nostalgia and futurism.
I see photography as a means of time travel,..a way to preserve human history...and I have responsibility to archive the creative pulse of our species. My lens is an extension of my body that I've tuned into capture the electricity of a moment and collect it. I’m not interested in perfection...I want the sweat, the light, the grit, and the emotion that makes live music feel alive. Festivals and live music are my heartbeat, a place where human connection collides with sound and spirit. My work is about showing that aliveness...each image is a transmission... a reminder that we are here, we are alive, and I witnessed it.
